Privacy notice

CostMerge collects the information you voluntarily provide through the pilot intake form, such as your name, work email, company, role, cloud provider, and description of the cost finding.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate whether your finding fits the Cloud Savings Closure Pilot, communicate with you about the submission, and, if you proceed, deliver the requested work.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication credentials, production secrets, database contents, customer data, or other sensitive information through this form.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Transactional form notifications are sent through our email delivery provider. These providers may process the information necessary to operate those services.
